Overall good experience. We did go in later in evening. It took a very long time to complete the transaction, however, they were busy and I don't fault them for that. In the end, we got it done with them staying well passed closing time to complete. My only frustration was not being contacted to let us know the license plates were in. I called numerous times to find out, before finally reaching a person. Overall good experience, service and fair pricing. Would recommend

DO NOT BUY FROM THE DEALERSHIP! If I could give zero stars I would. They charged an extra $3000 as car prep fee to get it up to standard and did nothing! Within 5 days I had to drop my car off at MERCEDES to fix multiple issues.Their exact words were “I CANT BELIEVE THEY SOLD YOU THE CAR IN THIS CONDITION” I had to replace all 4 tires, (one went completely flat from being bald)break pads rotors, trunk motor was out, control arm was bent. My break pads were incorrect size and installed backwards.I paid almost $60,000 cash for this car. I had to spend a lot of money fixing all this.If your safety matters stay away from them.

I came for an older model car thinking that’s all I would qualify for but Austin took his time and explained everything from car quality to financing! Thanks Austin you’re the best!!!😊😊😊
