after a solid 2 weeks of searching for a specific Toyota, I worked with Kevin and Paul at Scarpa and they gave me an amazing deal on the car I was looking for. Their inventory was very good, and I had to decide between two cars that were perfect for my budget. I am extremely satisfied with my car and with the experience I had with the two gentlemen. They worked with me on my limited budget and provided me with a great vehicle. Highly recommend this dealership.

Throughout my life, I have purchased many cars for myself and for friends. Among all my experiences, I received excellent service from Kavin and Paul. If you don't have prior experience buying a car, you may unknowingly pay a lot of hidden fees at most dealerships in NYC. However, the situation is different with Kavin and Paul. If you're inexperienced, you can trust them to guide you through the process.

Good prices and they work hard to give you good service.

One price is listed online. When I contacted them, the price increased $2400 over the listed online price. When I asked about the price increase, I was advised that the price fluctuated a bit. I definitely wouldn't trust them if they couldn't honor the price listed online.

All the staff at Suntrup Buick GMC were very helpful and polite.

Our salesman, John Merriman, was awesome to work with. We told John up front that we were just looking to narrow our search and were not ready to buy yet. John asked what we were looking for, showed us the cars and explained the various options. Then graciously told us to check out the other cars and was sure we would be back. Absolutely zero pressure. Needless to say, we came back and purchased the car.

I want to commend your service tech Jacob who worked on my vehicle. I had the opportunity to meet Jacob when picking up my car and glad I did. How refreshing to speak to Jacob and walk away with the feeling that he truly cared about his work. It has always been a pleasure to drive my Yukon but after the work on the vehicle was completed it drives just like new. Thank you Jacob and the entire service dept. for a positive repair.

I would like to send a shout out to Tim Bacon and the tech who took care of the unexpected issue I recently had with my Buick. Even though I didn't have an appointment they worked me into the schedule and I was out of there in less than an hour. Great customer service.
