We bought a 15 passenger van at the Hillside location. I called Joey to get more information on the vehicle we were interested in. He was quick to provide answers and he went out to the vehicle and took extra photos and videos and sent them directly to me via text. He also offered to FaceTime. When we went to the dealership he was polite and not pushy, but informative and honest. We left with a great vehicle and at a price we were comfortable and happy with.

DO NO BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE!!!!! I brought a car 1 year ago I live out of state so when I bought the car it had problems like the volume button never worked the front braking system NEVER worked I was told it had to reset and to drive back 4 hour so they can see it or come out of pocket to get it fixed and possible reimbursement. I was never given the name or information in my paperwork about my transmission warrant just some cheap “veteran insurance company “ that did not cover my drive train.Since I got the car from out of state I had to get in inspection done when I did it Failed due to my metal frame piece that holds the bumper was bent so it must’ve been in a accident that wasn’t reported. When I told the Manager he wanted me to come out of pocket to fix and he can possibly reimburse me. About 2 month into having my car I reached back out to my sales woman to tell her about my transmission acting up and my paperwork doesn’t have any information on that I was told to call and speak to a manger who was in a meeting the next 5 times I called per one of the males in the building. Then when I finally spoke with him I was told she doesn’t work there anymore and “why would I wait this long to call and say something” when my warranty was 1 day from expiring a random company reached out to let me know my warranty from cars2sell was about to expire. I had no knowledge of this company and or warranty policy information because it wasn’t included in my paperwork. I’m stuck with a 2021 Nissan versa with a bad transmission and no option but like always Out of Pocket. If you want a used car that last this isn’t the place for you.

I Never Leave Reviews But I had to on this one My guy Austin very pleasant, very grateful, and honestly the best salesman I every seen they are not pressuring you like how Nissan and Honda up the street from them is if you need a car credit or no credit go here talk with both bosses Sam is a great team leader and really puts a lot of effort into his team this is a real review shout out to you guys especially Austin is the man.
